Iwona Magda Kmiecik is the Founder and CEO of IM Capital Holding, an investment group in Cambodia focused on sustainable hospitality and real estate. She is behind Apsara Resort and Port Yves Palace—luxury developments on Koh Rong that set new standards in responsible tourism and international investment.
As founder of Lions Club Sihanoukville Apsara, she supports education and community growth. Since 2018, she has championed sustainability, using eco-conscious practices across her projects.
Her collaborative work with public institutions has made IM Capital a trusted partner for global investors, committed to long-term economic, social, and environmental impact.

Within the hospitality industry, he has managed modernization programs, capital investments, and the implementation of smart technologies. Earlier in his career, he served in the State Administration of the Republic of Poland, building strong analytical and crisis management expertise.
